About the Firm

A Practice Built Around People

Boutique by choice, so that every client works directly with their attorney from the first consultation to the last signature.

Our Story

Why This Firm Exists

Diana C. Guerrero, PLLC opened its doors with a deliberately narrow ambition: to be small enough that no client ever becomes a file number.

Too many immigration cases are handled at volume — intake by one person, paperwork by another, a hearing attended by someone the client meets that morning. Families navigating the most consequential process of their lives deserve better than an assembly line.

Here, the attorney who takes your first call is the attorney who prepares your petition and stands next to you in court. That continuity is not a luxury; in immigration law, where a single inconsistency across years of filings can sink a case, it is a strategic advantage.

The practice is fully bilingual, not merely bilingual-friendly. Every consultation, document review and court preparation happens in the language you actually think in.

The Attorney

Diana C. Guerrero, Immigration Attorney

Diana C. Guerrero

Founding Attorney

Attorney Guerrero practices exclusively in U.S. immigration law, representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the immigration courts, and U.S. consulates abroad.

Her practice spans the full range of immigration matters — family petitions and consular processing, adjustment of status and waivers, naturalization, humanitarian relief, and removal defense — with particular attention to cases that other firms consider too complicated to take.

She built the firm in Coral Gables to serve the community she is part of, and takes on a limited number of matters at a time precisely so that each one receives real attention.

How We Work

What to Expect

No surprises, no vanishing acts. Here is exactly how a case moves through this office.

  1. Consultation

We review your history in detail and identify every avenue actually available to you. You leave knowing your real options — including the ones that are not worth pursuing.

  2. Written Strategy

You receive a plan in writing: the filings involved, the documents needed from you, realistic timelines, and a flat fee quoted up front.

  3. Preparation & Filing

We assemble and review every document before it is submitted. Nothing leaves this office that has not been checked against the rest of your immigration record.

  4. Through to Resolution

We track every notice, prepare you for every interview and hearing, and keep you informed at each stage — including when the news is not what we hoped for.
