Open Positions
Prepare and assemble family-based petitions, adjustment of status packets and naturalization applications. Manage case calendars and USCIS correspondence. Requires full written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish, and prior immigration filing experience.
First point of contact for prospective clients. Conduct intake interviews, schedule consultations, maintain client files and support the attorney with document collection. Bilingual English/Spanish required; immigration experience preferred but not required.
For current law students interested in immigration practice. Legal research, drafting memoranda and briefs, assisting with removal defense preparation. Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
